I am really committed to this as I think it is within my means and a job I believe I can make some side money from.As this is my first entrepreneur venture, does anyone have tips/advice for marketing or getting customers?

I love networking with like-minded entrepreneurs in the BP community and I learn a lot from the forums as well!

Both are written by 2 well respected real estate investor entrepreneurs who also have their own respective youtube series & podcasts on intro to REI for beginners.

Many entrepreneurs jump out the window and grow wings on the way down.
