That distinction seems tenuously semantic and would most likely be viewed as discriminatory.Also, if the disabled individual has good credit, favorable rental references, and a security deposit, the risk of having to garnish wages would be no greater than any other tenant.

You could also try scent bombs after cleaning everything to get rid of any remaining smell.

So @Nancy Larcom, it's clear that there are at least three distinct addresses in a three year period; so not the most stable of tenants if you are seeking a tenant who will still for a while.

The distinction between these and heavy plastic is that pretty much anything can go in them; naily-boards, plaster, glass - all the stuff that rips up/out regular plastic bags like butter can go in these no problem.

There's a distinct possibility their parents have no idea you couldn't/wouldn't sue them out of state, and besides, most (not all) parents will do the right thing when it comes to their kids out of a sense of duty and shame, if nothing else.
