I lived in Russian Hill for 3 years before buying a loft in the Mission in 2010. 

I've been to areas like Irvine, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, and even the other "Car-mel" in north and the weather has never let me down when I was there.I am also a new soon-to-be investor going down the path of multi-family buy and hold and would love to connect with you.

My military function was way more enjoyable but it was because of the command/unit/ mission I supported.

Align your mission, vision and purpose.

We have formed Shore Investment Solutions, LLC to carry out our mission which is to provide solutions to buyers, sellers and other investors in the real estate community. 

There's a benefit to being diplomatic, but the bottom line is, its now your building, your business. 

I think overall your vehicle purchase has to meet your lifestyle, goals, functionality,and possibly mission statement.

Even if you can afford it unless that is your mission why would you. 

If their answers meet our rental criteria, then I will tell them about who we are and tell them our mission statement.
