@Kyle Karges I've personally had difficulty managing in Phoenix as the rents commanded on airbnb are lower than I have seen in most of the US.

@Ken Rich Without knowing any of the specifics of the property I can tell you that Manchester is a desirable rental market and  especially if a unit is vacant it will command a lot of interest from both owner occupants and investors if it is in average to real good shape.
