At least for the two transactions I had with banks, the closing offices are chosen by the bank.

Yes its easy to pick someone who is the owner of their company but unless you have been communication with them for several month, then I wonder how they are chosen.

Truly passive investing (i.e. buy, keep, collect profits) would probably best come from a carefully chosen mixture of small and mid cap mutual funds.

It has helped immensely.I am going to be making lots of assumptions here...Assuming the turnkey company is top notch, has boots on the ground, knowledgeable with that respective area, has integrity, good tenants, and the area chosen has a healthy or growing market...is the only downside lower ROI and Monthly income than if I did most of the tasks myself or parts of it myself?
