I love rent to own deals, so many people still cannot find a house so you can buy cheap, sell to someone else, and get a note and cash out refi and move on to more deals. 

Putting "I love real estate" is not gonna cut it or "I want to make money like them" well join the other 80%+ who fail the first year.

I thought about paying but I figured my good looks and charm were already contribution enough!

I actually love real estate...everything about it fascinates me (I even took a 4hr class this week on foreclosure law....yawn...ok, that was not terribly exciting....but still!). 

I would have to check on the animals - how many and what kind, if you don't mind sharing (and don't worry, I am an animal lover myself).

@Logan Aardrup there's definitely some interesting stuff not in Missoula in terms of vacation rentals for hunters, nature lovers, hot springs, etc my family has owned a few different spots there but never in Missoula.

My primary residence for the past six years has been a small but charming condo in a converted historical mansion in Glen Park, a desirable part of the city.
