Hey all, I got banned from the messaging for "spamming."

Its completely, positively banned at mine.  

Not even to mention the regulation in the cities which are trending to back to full ban.4) Let's face it, STR BUSINESS FAILED TO BE A HIGH GROWTH, HIGHLY PROFITABLE! 

There is also a bill passed by the State House and tabled by the State Senate until 2018 that could prevent the local municipality from banning STR in Nashville, and possibly state-wide.The Metro Codes Dept has stopped issuing any new non-owner-occupied permits pending the outcome of BL2017-608, so anyone that does not currently hold a permit won't be getting one until the pending bill is amended, or possibly never.

@Aleksander Dabrowski As you move forward a word to the wise depending on what configuration of rentals you end up with put in a ban on portable washing machines and dishwashers on all floors that have a floor underneath them.
