Is this common practice (Canadian context only, please)?

It's the cleanest city in the world, there are many incentives to living here, government is pushing for diversification in the tech industry,  and it's quite affordable compared to other major Canadian cities.

I am curious to hear from other Canadian investors where they see the Alberta market going in the future.

I came from the US, where I felt most comfortable operating my rentals under an LLC I owned, but that option is not available here in Canada and for various reasons, I don't want to form a corporation.Do any of you sole proprietor Canadians operate your rentals under a business name, or do you just use your real name?

Canadians with their exchange rates on currency have cooled off some buying in the U.S. but other countries have heated up investing here.Lot of people in CA are willing to pay low caps because simply they do not need the money.
