Finding that ideal location is one thing, but finding that trustworthy person or company to look after the property is a different story.

Just do some due diligence to make sure he's capable and trustworthy. 

I would appreciate any suggestions of cities that you guys would recommend and if you have any contact information of any trust worthy property managers or real estate agents to move on with my plans.

Seeking out Facebook groups is always a smart play.There is also Task-Rabbit you could use for furniture guys and setup, and once you poach someone trustworthy, maybe outlay the entire project for them and paint the result-oriented vision.

There is nothing I can imagine worse than paying on cheap insurance for years, only to find out at the worst possible time that they won't pay out.So, I think more important than the insurance, is a trustworthy  agent who is an expert in writing insurance for rentals and/or flips. 

He is honest, trustworthy, and good at what he does.

My advice is to find someone trustworthy who knows that area b/c its tricky.

There are several on BP that are good, Douglas Skipworth is on BP and I find his company good and trustworthy.

They have a good and trustworthy lawyer who speaks Spanish obviously so they don't have to know the language or the laws.
