That’s generally a SS stove and fridge and good quality LVP all from Home Depot.

You also need more in the kitchen if there is no stove so an induction hotplate, Maybe one of those airfryers. 

The cost for the full renovation I assume less the appliances which would in the case of a studio just be a stove and refrigerator was quoted at $70,000.

They lived there one year, I had to repaint, throw out the new stove, re floor & scrub everything.

I like the new portable stove, it makes really efficient use of space esp for kitchen.

Changed the stove, plumbing issues few times a year.

I had the inspector hot me on dirty stove drip pans.
