Look at the industries that r up to their neck in debt.   

The state has not indicated when new applications will be accepted, but I would image at least a year from now, as they are up to their necks with applications for producers, processors, retailers.

It will require internet access and that runs about 40-50 dollars a month around my neck of the woods.

Next time I'm at the file cabinets I'll see if I can pull a draw contract, but in my neck of the woods they're usually one page and calls for some meeting of the mind on what constitutes percentages, ie none that I have used are so specific that there's no room for interpretation.

Just be sure to communicate to your tenants that you are just doing routine maintenance and not trying to breathe down their necks.

Keep all utilities, cable, HOA, in your name only and title of property.Either you put a ring on this girls finger.. or she'll end up ringing your neck down the road..There is no fair way of splitting expenses,, your gaining equity on property,,, and have tax write off's she won't.. so keep that in mind.
