In addition to Postlets and other more digital ways, why not try old fashioned flyers,?

I found out about BiggerPockets from an old fashioned internet search, and after some quick browsing and a few podcasts (Thanks @Joshua Dorkin!)

It sounds like a property you bought likely fell into this category, and you were unaware of the fact that it was not legally able to be used in the fashion that it was being used.

I also said that I use the cashflow projections to define the value of the property after it is back to a strong operating position.I just don't see the small cashflows from a few houses as being something that will project you into wealth in a rapid fashion.

History rarely repeats itself in similar fashion, sure there are lessons to learn and things to avoid. 

As a result, you almost ALWAYS need to adjust the comps in one fashion or another.  

The last property I bought was in just this fashion.

VA loans are old fashioned.

I am looking to get started in a similar fashion in the near future in South Florida with a potential move to SoCal as well.

Some leases will state that the tenant is responsible for rent until it is re-rented (and the landlord must do their best to get this done in a timely fashion).
