The best chance you have for getting things deleted are the 3rd party collectors if you have no paid them anything. 

You can just delete this I am all set.

I deleted my earlier comment as I somehow switched posts without realizing it.  

I have finsihed a project and was wanting to do a post write up but the PRO deal came up and got side tracked...This is a very important moment for me and i'm wondering how many others stayed up 4 hours trying to say hello to others, deleted their messages at least 8 times to where a small book would have been written by now!

@Nina Atenburger I'm glad you're taking screenshots of some of my posts since BP keeps deleting some of my stuff.

For a duplex I really like the touch keypads for entryways because you can easily add/delete users and the tenants like the option to use a key or punch in a code to get in and out of the rental.

I deleted it because its not user-friendly and interface is tacky.
