I'm not sure of the size of the company, but from what their website looks like, it appears their business is "Travel Nurse Healthcare Staffing", and they have several offices across the USA and Canada.

I love my profession, and I appreciate dentistry as a gateway to comprehensive well-being, but I'm ready to step out of the lifestyle of Poor Dad, and narrow down into my dream-- to become a successful wholesaler and a valuable resource for other players in the real-estate business. 

However, my one concern was health care.

Both of those homes are in older neighborhoods, but they're close to jobs, healthcare & shopping, so people are willing to live with an older home, knowing that their commutes will be short & their paychecks won't be direct-deposited to the Saudi's.

As a physician my income has gone down a bit due entirely to the economy (fewer elective surgeries) but look forward to more insured patients with the Affordable Health Care Act.

Of course, I can't buy any of them if I don't let those owners know I might be interested in buying them.Now, the ones I do own and rent out pay my mortgage, buy my groceries, pay my health care, cover the vet bills, pay for my automobile insurance, the visits to the dentist, chiropractor, and yearly medical check ups.

Cost for tax payers of education, health care and such for undocumented immigrants.
