I would ping a couple of local GC's and see if they will spill the beans on a cost per square foot.I would also run sensitivity scenarios to test an x change in interest rates drops net profit by y amount.  

We have 4 properties and have a time-sensitive opportunity to purchase the adjacent parcel to our home that has 4 building structures on it.

We're sensitive to that because we know that isn't what sellers came to the site to have happen. 

I will be trying to tour these cities in the coming months before making a final decision but anecdotal insights provide a much more colorful perspective for me to start sinking my teeth into.Thanks!

My property manager is moving at a snail's pace so just getting one unit rent-ready feels like pulling teeth but given that at least two are move-in ready, I would like to get them occupied asap. 

Remember they would in fact have to be an EXACT match and yes they are case sensitive.

Of course interest rate locks and time sensitive docs just complicated her job....Every deal needs a good title// escrow officer...
