The bait stations need to be put in areas of activity (under sinks, behind stoves, crawl spaces, attics, and behind refrigerators).I have cleaned out properties many times with these methods.

Worst of all the fridge and stove both looked like older 1970 models that were found and picked up from a alley cleaned up and painted, I'm not kidding the stove had a material that felt rough like some kind of bondo that was used to cover some dents and they didnt even bother sanding it down and then painted over with white paint.

I should add this is not a countertop microwave it’s one that requires wiring into existing electrical and mounted under a cabinet over the stove.

By design, apartment units are delivered with no personal property and the only items inside a unit I can think of is the stove/range ~$400-$800 per unit, maybe dishwasher, another $500.
