We have nice schools, private parks, our youth sports leagues are ran via the City or Spun-off non-profit the City sends a check to.

If you enjoy a Prius get a Prius if you want a sports car get a sports car, a luxury car get a luxury car, a minivan get a minivan, etc. 

The others, internet is good, but the cable didn't cost much when packaged with internet and a landline (all houses have sketchy cell service), and I want to provide access to live events like sports.  

So many people on here ***** about the government getting in their way when it comes to RE.... but when the government actually removes restrictions and it negatively effects them directly.... by blocking their ocean view.... then they want to ***** about that also.And the Buffs suck and CC is going to roll over them on every level...at every sport.... this year....

It's similar to how the media operates in sports.

There are running trails and gyms everywhere, there are lakes all over for water sports so it's nicer than where we are from. 

But to get those swings, more than likely, you need some working capital, and to get that working capital, you have to figure out what you can do in your own life to make it a reality and it’s probably going to take a sacrifice – for me it was selling a beloved sports car and coming to the realization that despite the joy that the car had provided, it was not fulfilling my long term needs and goals.

Even so, this lady wasn't always 80. 25 years ago she was 55, and 25 years ago was 1997 and everyone and their brother and cousin that didn't already own one was buying a personal computer and signing up for AOL or Prodigy or Compuserve and getting on the World Wide Web. 20 years ago she was 60 and we'd already had a DotCom bust, everyone was sporting laptops and we were getting perilously close to Smartphones.

Something I wear a sports jacket with this, but not in the summer.
