I'm specifically interested in this from the perspective of acquiring apartment buildings in Washington state.As I understand it, the flow occurs something like this:Acquire LeadLetter of IntentAcquire Finacials (P&Ls)Negotiate OfferUnder ContractDue Dilligence (Rent Rolls, Structure, Title, etc)EscrowManagement ReorgThe part I'm confused about is Due Diligence is likely where the treasure trove of info is going to be, but by the time I reveal that information, I'm already under contract.

@Austin Sine totally depends on the agent and that's really why you should have a buyer's agent who will reveal all the deficiencies of the property for you and all of its fault so you have a second set of eyes.

If someone knew my their votes had a greater influence, they may withhold a vote for a comment that they felt did not warrant that much weight, but still was a positive comment worthy of something....it also could skew the influence of favorite folks.I know of another system that grades on a scale of A, B, C, D and F that assigns positive and negative values, but does not reveal who voted.
