We are going to slow travel in our dream RV (yet to be acquired and one of the reasons I continue to work) until we tire of it then we can decide to return home and move into our awaiting SFH, or perhaps sell it, all of it etc... who knows as that is years out.We may do a flip or two down the road if we get bored, our skill set is there and we enjoy rehabbing homes, but we would look into that AFTER we relax a bit.

@Mike D'Arrigo ..no sailing to date, but enjoyed Paddle boarding down in San Clemente back in the summer..so relaxing!! 

like I said, I have limited experience but I shared it already and a double close or an llc single close won't even enter into the equation because in NY, even though the seasoning has been relaxed, it still takes forever to close. the time it takes to happen will outweigh any realistic contract term less than 90 days.

A lot of the time when they are not working they are sleeping or relaxing at home.

I do not have any far fetched dreams that I will become a billionaire overnight, so I do expect lots of blood, sweat, tears along with some trial and error learning as well before I can even relax for a minute.Is there any local area events where I can meet some fellow investors?

Just make it look relaxing and new.

Bay County has some of the most relaxed rules for STR's in the state along with the best ocean front prices per sq. ft. making it an amazing place to live or invest. 

Please don't tell me you live on an island with a beach view, relaxing and managing property online.  

What is your target; more or relax now and enjoy life ✌🏼Any advise for newbies, take risk or try a few deals yourself before getting investors involved?

I too am new here although not the youngster Bill apparently is and I too did a stint at Boston University although the result was not quite so stellar but that was over three decades ago and I've learned a lot since then.I am thrilled to have found this forum as I begin to develop my Investor muscle.
