Clearly you do not want listen to me so ask someone who you already know.Your banker has a hard limit on what the bank can lend to you even if he is the bank president or bank owner.

I don't have a candidate in this race, so regardless of what happens, I'll just hope that 1) We have a new president after tonight, because otherwise it is going to get REALLY ugly 2) Whoever wins the race surprises me and does some good.

A doctor has an education and duties that requires the use of brain cells, so does an engineer, an architect, the president of the bank that funds projects, a GC is not even in the same ball park as professionals turning out 8 or 10 houses a year.

It also helps that the president of the local housing authority is one of my good friends so I can always pick his brain if I have a question on where they are going or what in particular they are going to be cracking down on.

I was dealing with the president ( pretty common for a little bank like that) on a Friday.. on Monday when I called .. they answered Silver falls bank now taken over by the FDIC.that led to me not getting the deal as the bank Assests were sold to Rialto hedge fund ( Lennar hedge fund arm) they got 5B of Tarp money..
