If it sold for $14grand and its on the market for $1,000,000 then that sounds like a tax lien sale that some blessed soul found and won a gem on for a mere fraction of the value.

You should be able to rely on others, but you should be able to recognize the difference between when the transaction is going off the rails v. when it is experiencing a systemic correction affecting all assets in the same class.Finally, let me re-emphasize: you do not need to be the expert. 

The link below from State Farm website says that part of renters insurance is liability which covers property the policy holder (the tenant) damages that does not belong to the tenant (it gives the example of throwing a ball through a glass window).

I merely feel like this is the first step in accomplishing my way to financial freedom. 

Generally, the winning bidder merely has to pay for the property and receive a deed in return. 

I am merely pointing out what tenants think - i do not necessarily agree with them on all their positions. 

Unfortunately, the Accountants/Bookkeepers are mere humans, and very occasionally a mistake is made when they are handling perhaps many hundreds of payments and invoices monthly across multiple Client accounts.

It's merely a fact of of life there.
