@Matthew JureThe only way capex and repair would be less in a 10 unit apartment is if you own equivalent in duplex (5 duplex or 10 units).  

E's and depreciation schedules (form 4562, I think) from the seller (or the equivalent forms if it's a partnership or corporate return).

I get it on Schillings.com for $2.99/sq ft but there’s no sales tax and free delivery which ends up making it the equivalent of $2.70/sq ft which is a similar price but much better quality than Home Depot’s lifeproof product.
