It has been reported, and even posted on these forums years ago, that women make 91% of home buying decisions.

there is no denying the fact that there are certain professions that have these negative bias'scar salesmen    Lawyer to a certain extent if you on the @$$ end of a lawsuit  Timeshare salesmen / women and the list goes on. 

And more homeless women and children.

It's getting chaotic here now where tenants are being protected and empowered by the city council/government as they feel they are entitled to do whatever they desire.

Let's hope it will get removed. irs is the entity that is empowered by congress to collect taxes, so is your argument then we need to start hatin' on the .gov?

Again, we've spent over 200 years getting to the point where all people (women, minorities, etc) are equal in terms of voting rights...and to arbitrarily adjust the system to account for one issue -- albeit a major one -- just doesn't sit right with me.Long story short, don't assume that my disagreement with your plan has anything to do with optimism...if anything, it has more to do with pessimism in our ability to effect radical change without those in charge using it as a mechanism to destroy this country even more.

Several women who viewed it chose the unit with the dishwasher over this much larger kitchen with a lot more cabinets.

I tell my tenants that for a small fee, the scantily clad women in the calendars of the STR will come by and clean their house, do their laundry, cook them dinner and give them a bubble bath.

So far I really like two possible tenants, a women with a child and a younger couple.
