That said, you will certainly see slowdowns on holidays, dinner time and in the middle of the night.

I try to pay it forward whenever possible, and I've bought a LOT of people dinner over the years.

 $150 to him is a dinner out, but to a tenant, it could be groceries for a month.

Use verbal contracts when negoitiating with your wife over where to go for dinner!

Going to see @J Martin in San Fran and not being able to drink delicious beer to go along with the delicious conversation is rough.

Having lunch or dinner with them would be an excellent opportunity for me.

Maybe just start with a 3-5 year plan for now.And be sure to take your parents out to a nice dinner from time to time or sponsor/help with a family vacation in exchange for free rent.  

Then take my family out for dinner to celebrate!
