In 15 years you'll have fat cash flow too. 2- If the -$1000 absolutely kills you, then refi into a 30 year and break even, per your above calcs.I really think your best play is to keep this home as rental, and buy a new place.

Some feeds on sweet some fat some switches.ants needs water so most likely they are outside and trailing to the inside for food.once you figure out which type of ants you can start with a bait such as Terro that you can buy from the big box store.
