We get Christmas to New Years Day and Thanksgiving usually.

I didn't find out until I attempted to check in with a car full of family three days before Christmas in LA.

The last one I saw was beyond my ability to help, and I'll be looking at another after Christmas that looks very promising.So it hasn't been a huge month, but I'm pleased with the results.

Not to mention, Christmas was in the middle of the 10 days.

It would be perfect for a B&B, agritourism, small vineyard/winery, Santas village with sales of Christmas trees etc.Question: Does anyone know how to figure out how to determine if there's a market in an area for such a venture?
