From what I have seen these terms have not been used uniformly by everyone.As an example all my MFH are in the cities not towns.Up to now I have classified these as B and C class.

Actually not to sound like a moron but I work alot and have a hard time just doing what he tells me sometimes, let alone figuring out what the best option is in the first place.The trick is finding someone who cares about your business and will really help you, rather than some large firm with bigger fish to fry that just goes through the motions and sends you a bill.

Make sure you have an airtight contract which clearly go through everything and you uniformly apply the rules to all applicants. 

My property manager notified me that my tenant hadn't paid rent and an eviction process was set into motion.

If it states they only have a certain number of spots or don't pay for the spots I second the motion to tow the cars at owners expense.
