@Justin Heitter yes, lose the jeep since you have two other means of transportation that are paid for.

The low gas (i.e. transportation ) cost helped to create a super-low inflation not experienced early. 

There is county property in Hayward that is pro growth and so close to public transportation too.

the best hoods are close to subways/trains/ public transportations/ large strip malls (think home depot/walmart).

US Express is a top five trucking company that just went public (again) and Covenant Transport is another large trucking company. 

Is there any Public Transportation , and if there are buses their where is the nearest stop to the subject site.  

It has its problems, but there are still deals there, and you have the transportation options.

Also transportation, warehousing, education and medical employers in area. 

Most land here will need to get a perk test and utilities added to it, it will take time for that then for them to build and transport the trailer, other than time the cheapest trailer prices my clients have been receiving is around $130k for trailer alone without land where you can have a nice once already set up for less than $200k depending on location.Feel free to reach out to me for more assistance :)
