I'd much rather have to repaint some walls than to deal with urine stains on carpet/hardwood, chewed baseboard and cabinets, and clawed doors and walls.

I've used Kilz on urine stained subfloors before.  

It is not unreasonable to repaint cabinet interiors...if they are old, dark, cabinets with water and other stains and repairs on the interior.

I saw a house where heavy smokers had lived for decades, and there was yellow nicotine stains on the walls - you could tell where the pictures had been hanging from the outline of disgustingness.

The supplier claims it holds up much better than conventional stain/lacquer coat.Did the boards all lay down flat or do you have any issues with have edges sticking up?

It will ruin hardwood floors, deep black stains from repeated occurrences.

There are pros and cons to all of the flooring choices: hard wood vs. laminate vs. vinyl plank vs. tile vs. carpet vs. stained concrete vs. linoleum/vinyl sheets. 

Damage can include graffiti on the walls, concrete in the toilets and sinks, ripped or stained rugs, broken windows, nails or hammer marks in the floors, missing doors, and any other damaging mischief your angry tenant can dream up.8. 

Any stain has to be cleaned, sometimes professionally.
