Hello,I've been watching from the sidelines for a number of weeks and now am ready to jump in.

I just want to make sure I won’t get sidelined with taxes so high it renders the work/sale null and I get little profit.

Never sit on the sidelines.

I like Sideline for just one person. 

I knew that I could either: 1- Sit on the sidelines and wait until everything pans out or 2- Get started in a market, which would require low house prices. #1 is out of the question, as I know unless I do #2, when the time comes and the dust settles, I will not have the experience to realize, or be able to execute upon a great deal.

Please confirm for me.First time home purchase for primary residence in August 2020.Owner thinks its a good time to sell and sit on the sidelines. and will sell now and not roll the gain into another residence. 

I am tired of sitting on the sidelines and want to dive into RE investing here in Southern California.

Reading and learning is great, put ya gotta get off the sidelines to really learn.I wish I could give credit to whomever (whoever?)

It just shows that they are real… As a former trainer and now a guy who sits on the side lines I am amazed at the dedication of both of them...

Investors are sitting on the sidelines waiting for bigger & better deals.
