There's also a Monday call in which an expert is interviewed (this might be in finance, meditation, etc.)There's a lot of content and lots to take advantage of - including connecting with members in other groups (but still in m1).

Well, that isn't the truth, some of the people I've met in the real estate business in the almost 3 years I've lived in Baltimore, are some of the sharpest people I've ever met and I worked for 10 years in Finance in NYC.

Since I started with nothing 40 years ago and built an 8 figure net worth, have a BA in Economics and MBA in Finance, and built my assets through investments and not as a corporate employee, I probably have some “street cred” when it comes to wealth creation.  

I forgot to mention, apart of that proposed $100k rehab budget is a 1.5 level roof top deck.

By the way, I never learned anything about Finance or Sales but I guess I can easily beat anyone with MBA in Finance or Sales who just got out of school

I have a Bachelors in Business Administration from Western Washington University with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Spanish.
