Any major system i get the specialist(hvac, sewer camera, foundation, electrical) it’s an extra $500 or so to get the extra inspectors though can save you major headaches and worth it if you are out of state.

We have several fairly large apartment buildings and we have tenants who constantly send us letters that threaten to file complaints with housing authorities for stupid things like they think we are being discriminatory because my wife is Filipina and when we rent to Filipinos they think we give Filipinos special privileges like allowing the Filipinos to do maintenance work on their vehicles.We get all sorts of threats like some tenants threaten to sue because we don't have surveillance cameras.

I sure would hate for some drug addict to come at you with a dirty needle, an alcoholic boyfriend take the pistol to you, and then we all see your blurred body, with the cameras zoomed on in your bloody, lifeless foot on an episode of First 48.I had a boyfriend get loud with my property manager on my last eviction, and this wasn't even a desperate squatter that broke in.
