Insurance can cover being stupid, intent to cause harm is not, why I don't beat on folks, LOL Don't mean burning down my rentals, or as to insurance fraud, but something dumb you did intentionally isn't necessarily the type of matter to be excluded.

@Susan Maneck Katrina harmed SoJAC you had a flood of refugees from New Oreleans that displaced what was a nice owner occ area and nice solid rental area.. you can correlate that event to the problems that SoJac has had post recessionMadison county was the northern most county that qualified for Go zone.
