My point is if I just said well tough you paid I gave you the information not my fault you didn't appreciate my "Guru" wisdom he would have been able to go to so many places and bad mouth my fledgling little land coaching business with very little effort.

This is bad spot to be in 1.) because you may lose money and be stressed and 2.) this experience leaves a bad taste in the investors mouth with regards to MH investing.Back to the thread at hand.

I just think that if you are going to deal in SSs, you might have to accept that it may not close for 4 months or more and just be ready to put your money where you mouth is so to speak to stay in good graces.
