Only thing here is it may be too much grey if your floors are already grayish. 

I have 1950 grey tile in my bathroom (luckily I didnt get the pink or mint colors) and it was well done and still looks good.Good luckJeff

I can get if you have a lime green bathroom and they make the request but not if they just don't like the neutral grey or beige color of your walls. 

repaint it a modern grey color and it will accent the red nicely.

I agree it is a bit grey, I would also agree there are going to be sponsors out there who play fast and loose and may say "sure" to a non-accredited investor who passed a 65 but isn't a registered advisor but I don't think thats the majority. 

Sure, they put in LVP and painted it all Agreeable Grey, but....then there may be foundation issues.  

No grey area at all, just doing what an agent does but completely the wrong way.
