I can see this coming as a big upset to them. simply because thats the way they always did it.Most counties allow electronic recording as well.

Noting in the mail as of today… I really don’t know if it will be a mailed check or electronic transfer… processor has no info, mshc I think is really just trying to get me to leave them alone… 

I want to make sure I'm doing everything by the book and happy to be a bit generous to make this go smoothly.I usually get electronic signatures for everything but it seems like I should send via certified mail, too.

What I like about TenantCloud over something like Cozy.co is that it has automated template leases / notices, electronic signatures, an accounting feature, a robust mobile app, and great reporting features.

Short of writing a paper check it seems with all other ways to transfer funds electronically waiting days seems wrong.

On the 3rd business day I spoke with the person I thought was the seller (the one who showed me the property and that I set up to do the electronic signature) and told him I was going to be cancelling because I wouldn't have cash in time to close.

I am planning on using an electronic service to file.

Surely you don't think that housing should be treated differently than any other product or service in this country; cars, clothes, boats, electronics, jewelry etc......
