Either way, be sure to ask the inspector if they are certified and keep up with any continuing education credentials.As a rule of thumb, think of a home inspection like a well visit to the doctor.

According to your post you are generating 84,000 annual rent but doesn't mean anything because it might not be the net operating income number before debt service but after expenses.When you say you want to retire soon are you saying you are the doctor and own the building and your business pays rent to you personally?
