The "culture" of Keller is to work together.

I am thinking of buying and investing in a residential type house that has at least 2 miles of nature (no other neighbors or even stores) surrounding it, that is about 30minutes to 1 hour drive to an interesting city that has cafes, stores, and cultural events, culture, and all that cities have to offer.

But in the end, if it comes to it, I also recognize that you don't need credit when you have cash (despite what this culture tries to instill in us). 

Looking to do a contemporary home.

Don't know why really just a cultural thing.

It won't go smoothly.Somehow we've survived over 300 years as a culture in North America with real estate not going smoothly.

With the finishing of the cultural trail in that area and a lot of money coming in it seems to be growing.

Upgrade the unit with some higher end remote fans...I just got one from a japanese company for about $200 that's awesome and contemporary....looks like a plane prop.  

It sure is a culture shock coming from the west coast in many terms that I am sure you can expect.

Our low cost of living compared to other major cities (Chicago, New York, DC, LA etc) is attractive to folks from those markets because you can get a somewhat downtown experience, pro sports teams, culture/sights/attractions at a comparatively affordable price.
