Owning these was a low cost education and I'll continue holding as long as the numbers make sense, but I can't imagine the headaches that are compounded by owning multis or even complexes the size you're describing in that asset class.

One is they know for a fact one of the 800 or so hazardous compounds do indeed exist on the property, perhaps lead paint, lead in the pipes (solder), asbestos in the ceiling, tile, or insulation, etc.
