Is this 50% like the book illustrates, supposed to be used to pay for personal bills or just personal wants like a new bike or some clothes I may like?

They will not accept things such as paper diapers, sanitary napkins, tampons, children’s toys, wads of toilet paper, balls of hair, grease, oil, table scraps, clothing, rags, sand, dirt, rocks, or newspapers.

Everything left behind had to cost money when they bought it.The cars, clothes, bed frames, toys, etc....They seem to have had no value for what they had purchased, and just left it behind vs. boxing it up and taking it with them.Now the Government will pay a motel owner to house them instead of you. 

After 6 months, I strongly suspect that the tenant brought BB in on some furniture or clothing, or their friends brought them in. 

You might walk the park dressed in old cloths.  

In Texas, refrigerators, washing machines, and clothes dryers are considered personal property.

But if the home is incredibly old and contains cloth wiring or shabby building opening things could uncover more than u bargain for.

They are always dressed well with newer clothes and shoes.One day I saw one of them go buy a soda and some food at a gas station close by, then return to holding his sign for a handout.If people stopped giving them handouts, they would be forced to go and get a job.Chris

Teach your own kids how to grow cotton and sew their own clothes, but let other parents do as they please when it comes to their kid's education.
