This time in the world is actually deeply motivating me to start investing and networking to create more of an affordable market for locals here in Hawaii... which mind you will bring lots of road blocks as unions start putting their hands out for a piece of the profits!

What do you think your biggest road block is to get going?

In my market (New Orleans) comps change block to block so you can't just use 0.5 miles, you need to draw a shape around that tight little neighborhood.

Point 3 umm it litterally changes by the block so that's tough to say.

I also have been unfollowing or blocking spam accounts to make mine look more official.

I lived on the same block and knew the family.

Those large issues being the following:The basement that is mostly underground is unfinished and the house sits on the side of a hill, so when it rains, the water builds up around a few areas and eventually over time will penetrate the concrete blocks in the basement causing mold to grow on the wall and make the Drylok start to peel in the areas that have the moisture issue.

It’s over Supreme Court blocked it so you should be able to get an eviction and writ  https://www.supremecourt.gov/o...In Wayne township the judge would set compliance hearings but would never rule - kept giving tenant another chance.  

just on his block  6 board ups  and the home right next to him boarded up. so here you have a nicely renovated home granted.. but on that street. ????   

And at the risk of appearing to be measuring dinks, I’ll provide you with my modest holdings context: I do suited single family bilevels. 1100-1250 sq ft, I buy on great blocks in great mature areas but I buy ugly and get rid of the ugly.
