The company was started out of Atlanta and grew throughout the Southeast from Texas up through North Carolina.

In East Lake, stay on the South East Lake side, and try to stay in the eastern part toward Ruffner.

@Lane Kawaoka When you say you invested in the South/South east, what specific markets did you decide on?

The complexes are all in the southeast (Atlanta GA, Beaumont TX, Savannah GA) all managed by professional management and are cashflowing well.

Has anyone found an Asset Protection Attorney or Estate Planning Attorney in South East or South Central Wisconsin that is competent related to real estate investors. 

In southeast Nashville TN there are duplex opportunities though with zoning restrictions abound you’ve got to scrutinize to be sure they haven’t changed to single family.

Please let me know if anyone is interested in meeting to discuss any potential opportunities/lessons learned in the current Southeast Florida market. 

They do not operate as far west as Ohio.RBC is/was in the south east (they also own City National in California) - I do not know if they have expanded territory recently.Banque de Montréal (BMO) owns Harris Bank (rebranded BMO Harris?)

Even though real estate is much cheaper in the Southeast, than in other parts of the country, not sure if 50K for a duplex is doable.
