I spent 17 years as a police officer here in San Antonio and there are worse places in town.

Police have frequented the property on many occasions for calls of domestic violence and burglary.

I work as a Police Officer for my full time job.   

Policed knocked down the door and arrested him. 

If she was fired with cause the state will deny her unemployment.If your employee stole from you, and you have evidence, file a police report.

Best way is to spring for a camera with a recorder and then bring it to the police. the ones today are not that expensive and you will have the video as evidence. or if you have a tenant that is home all the time, ask if they will watch and video tape it for some $$.

If I bring proof that a person used a false name on an application to the police, it should be an instant fraud charge.Instead, we have laws that completely protect these scumbags. 

Tell the tenant to call the police if property has been stolen , it has nothing to do with you  

This lady had no direct descendants, but we had to go to her nieces and nephews and have them sign off on the sale as well, as they may have been in line for an inheritance.  

I am surprised that some veterans in this business are suggesting suing or calling the police.
