But also depends on long terms goals do you plan to do it as a business that u market or just as hobby.

I actually don't stamp the keys, though I have some of those stamps for my metalworking hobby.

My main hobby is racing motorcycles and when I'm not racing I like to go biking, snowboarding, fishing, working on my car/motorcycle, airbrushing, drawing and I would like to do more woodworking/metal fab builds. 

It has no value as a garage, but could as a shop or hobby room.

But it was always kind of a hobby on the side until four years ago when I quit my job as a newspaper editor to do this full time.

I have made the prospect of committing to an aggressive investment property venture My primary hobby.  

I used to say that "real-estate is my hobby", but I've come to realize that not getting away from your job is unhealthy.

When I get sick of it, I will exchange everything into a single complex with onsite mgt and find a new hobby.
