during the "boom" times but COVID has loosened everything up and now 5% can be had in Manhattan, 6%-7% in Brooklyn and even 8% in the Bronx.

I recently went to a Brooklyn REIA meetup and the leaders told me that they primarily do deals in Philadelphia.

So I am looking to purchase an 8/3 REO in Brooklyn, NY.

Also, I do my flips in Brooklyn and Queens, NY, anyone know of a good place to buy materials other than the big box stores?
