I'm not anti-apt, but not anti-SFH either.

So between loans and credit cards she was able to have 3 surgeries, chemo/radiation treatments , and medicine.

For the record though - it does appear that short sales flips will be dead soon.With this anti-investor zeal from the government - I think it's time to wrap things up and get a job at McDonald's.

Hopefully these tenants don't intend to withhold rent now that they've set the stage for anti-retailiation.  

Renton:Valley medical center is here and so is the Seahawks training center so there's tons of sports medicine places too.

I no longer wanted my property taxes, rental inspection fees, etc go to support such an anti-capitalist, anti-landlord, anti-sanity city.
