It's a trip, you can never discount emotions or personal taste or character when it comes to business.As far as what kind of properties, I'm mainly looking at single family residences on the MLS through my realtor (who is a family member), as well as preforeclosures using an app called Property Radar.

We would often walk over and wine taste he was eclectic to say the least I always got the last resi of the day ( no open tasting needed resi's) then he would open up the bottles and talk about his days on the beach in Hawaii etc etc.

The town had a very high sulfer content and it tainted the water in that area, the water actually smelled and tasted really bad.

It is on the wrong side of the the lodge and a bit too close to Highland Park for my taste.
