Residential and commercial do not move in the same cycle necessarily, and lack of leverage / conservative underwriting doesn't necessarily translate into the other...

@Jody Schnurrenberger A few things I’ve done on flips but would also translate to rentals is motion sensor lights on both back and front porch, either hard wired or battery operated.
