Even if someone breaks into your house, it is more likely the weapon will be stolen or used against you, than it is likely you will use it to defend yourself.I am not sure any of this matters relative to the original post, but interesting none the less.

just my observation.. some cities are simply worse than others.. one main thing I always look at is bar's on windows and caged condenser units.. that's an indication at least of petty theft.. but stolen condenser that will cost you a few bucks when and if that happens.

It needed about $6K in paint and carpet, other misc. repairs/improvements like the outside AC unit was stolen, and it was just major nasty.

I would rather my tenants be armed than helpless in a home invasion. 1) I don’t want my property invaded or stuff stolen or damaged by an intruder 2) a dead or raped tenant makes for a lousy payer !
