Hermosa Beach is a pleasant and relaxing beach community with moderate temperatures year round.

This is just alSadr pumping his muscle and speaking out.We'd likely have had similar protests here in the US, but with the advent of the internet, people just protest via forums and blogs instead of hitting the streets.50,000 people on the street is much more impressive than 50,000 people expressing their views via the pen.

Recently I've been looking for some land to have a place we can relax on and get away from the city a few times a month for fishing, hunting and just being in a peaceful environment.

There is a lot of knowledge, but it is a relaxed atmosphere (not intimidating).  

They are very nice and the building is relaxed and I'm happy.

I have not been in your shoes where one applicant has enough financial muscle to back the mortgage and the other partner does not, but those two people will help if they can.

(All of those keep the focus away from themselves and helps them relax, AND it lets me talk to people with NO SOLICITING signs, since I am wanting to BUY for myself).
